About the Role

As a Workday Business Analyst at Essity, you will be the link between the business community and the IT solution teams, supporting the delivery of technology services by analyzing, refining, testing, and implementing statutory and requested Workday requirements.

You will be part of the Workday team within the IT function and have strong links to our Talent Supply Centre of Excellence, working at the forefront of HR technology, and being part of a global team exposed to a variety of stakeholders across HR, Talent Supply, and the wider business areas.

What You Will Do

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, rules, and fields related to recruiting.
  • Assess, execute, and document change requests and Workday projects.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues, providing input into process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain end-user and training documentation, supporting internal stakeholders with Workday features and updates.
  • Participate in the Workday Community, proposing and advocating for improvements to the Workday solution, and building a network of peers for best-practice-sharing.
  • Support idea generation and a continuous improvement mindset.

Who You Are

  • Have expert knowledge of the Recruiting module in the Workday ecosystem.
  • Are a Workday or HR Process Specialist, HR IT Business Analyst with strong technical configuration skills, certified Workday Pro or willing to obtain it.
  • Have excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (speaking & written), and can communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Are a team player who can work independently and be part of an international team environment, developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Are flexible, proactive, and have a continuous improvement mindset, using good judgment to problem-solve, make decisions, and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.
