About the Role

As a Workday Business Analyst at Essity, you will be the link between the business community and the IT solution teams. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing, refining, testing, and implementing statutory and requested Workday requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of HR technology and be part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, rules, and fields related to the Recruiting module.
  • Assess, execute, and document change requests and Workday projects.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues, and provide input into process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation and support internal stakeholders with Workday features and updates.
  • Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose, and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with.
  • Support idea generation and a continuous improvement mindset.

About You:

  • You have expert knowledge of the Recruiting module in the Workday ecosystem.
  • You are a Workday or HR Process Specialist, HR IT Business Analyst with strong technical configuration skills, and are certified Workday Pro or willing to obtain it.
  • You have excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (speaking & written), and are able to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • You are a team player who can work independently and be part of an international team environment while developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • You are flexible, proactive, and have a continuous improvement mindset, able to use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions, and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.
