We are seeking a skilled Digital Workday Transformation Specialist to join our team in the UK.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of Essity's ongoing journey to improve well-being for people and drive positive change for society and the environment. As a Digital Workday Transformation Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of technology services by analyzing, refining, testing, and implementing statutory and requested Workday requirements.

You will work closely with the IT solution teams and have strong links to our Talent Supply Centre of Excellence. This role offers a chance to work at the forefront of HR technology, be part of a global team, and be exposed to a large variety of stakeholders across the HR, Talent Supply, and wider business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, rules, and fields related to the Recruiting module.
  • Assess, execute, and document change requests and Workday projects.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues and provide input into process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation and support internal stakeholders with Workday features and updates.
  • Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose, and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with.
  • Support idea generation and continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of the Recruiting module in the Workday ecosystem.
  • A Workday or HR Process Specialist, HR IT Business Analyst with strong technical configuration skills. You are certified Workday Pro or willing to obtain it.
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in English (speaking & written). You are able to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • A team player who can work independently and be part of an international team environment while developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible, proactive, and have a continuous improvement mindset. You are able to use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions, and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
