About the Role
As a Workday Business Analyst at Essity, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our business community and our IT solution teams. You will support the delivery of necessary technology services by analyzing, refining, testing, and implementing Workday requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team and work at the forefront of HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, rules, and fields related to the Recruiting module.
- Assess, execute, and document change requests and Workday projects.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues, and provide input into process improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain end-user and training documentation, and support internal stakeholders with Workday features and updates.
- Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to share best practices.
Who We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of the Recruiting module in the Workday ecosystem.
- Strong technical configuration skills, preferably as a Workday or HR Process Specialist, or HR IT Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (speaking and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of the organization.
- A team player who can work independently and be part of an international team environment, developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
