About the Role:

As an IT Business Integration Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the business, supporting the creation, optimization, and enhancement of our integrations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to find sustainable solutions for connecting our IT systems within the HCM area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new Workday integrations using REST, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI
  • Provide support to existing HCM integrations, resolving integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in Workday
  • Ensure local HR systems and processes are documented and aligned with HR strategies and policies
  • Monitor integrations and take corrective actions
  • Support Workday Update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impact on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts
  • Participate in HCM governance forums

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design, Build, Test, and Deploying Integrations, preferably Workday solutions
  • Knowledge of HCM fundamentals and Integration Security
  • Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated integration challenges
  • Nice-to-have, experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration or SAP PI/PO
  • Knowledge in Project management
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
