As a key member of the Essity IT function, we are seeking an experienced Workday Business Solutions Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Workday technology services by analyzing, refining, testing and implementing statutory and requested Workday requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Workday configuration and best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of HR technology, be part of a global team and be exposed to a wide variety of stakeholders across the HR, Talent Supply and wider business areas at Essity.

What We Do

  • Create, maintain and enhance Workday business processes, rules and fields related to the Recruiting module.
  • Assess, execute and document change requests and Workday projects.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues and provide input into process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Create and maintain end-user and training documentation and support internal stakeholders with Workday features and updates.
  • Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with.
  • Support idea generation and continuous improvement mindset.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Expert knowledge of the Recruiting module in Workday ecosystem.
  • Strong technical configuration skills and experience working with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English (speaking & written).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Flexible and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
