Commercial Transformation Lead Nordics

About the Role:
As a Commercial Transformation Lead Nordics, you will be responsible for driving commercial initiatives and sales execution across the Nordic Market. You will work closely with the market management team to ensure effective problem-solving, targeted solutions, and critical sales behaviors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Commercial Initiatives: Drive commercial initiatives with accountability to achieve agreed goals and objectives, particularly on orders. Lead sales improvement projects and support strategy deployment in line with management's top performance priorities.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Maintain the commercial model analytics to support data-driven decisions at the customer level and drive performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance sales productivity.
Forecast Management and Funnel Development: Develop and maintain forecasts for current and next quarter, as well as funnels for long-term sustainability. Improve ways of working across commercial activities to drive sales growth.
Sales Productivity Enhancement: Deploy key global and local sales initiatives across tools and processes to improve sales productivity. Implement best practices and share knowledge with the sales teams.
Sales Skills Development: Deliver training and/or liaise with other trainers/vendors to provide relevant training to the sales teams. Ensure sales skills are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
Candidate Identification and Coaching: Identify and coach top opportunities at risk using customer-focused selling tools and techniques. Work closely with the sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
About You:
We're looking for someone with a proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and manage various stakeholders. Experience in B2B sales is essential, with at least 5 years of experience preferred. Excel skills are also crucial, with experience with Salesforce a big plus. Fluency in English is required, with additional Nordic language skills highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to dive into data from various sources and analyze it effectively. Finally, we need someone who can take ownership of resolving issues and drive results.
