Vi söker en erfaren och motiverad ledare till att leda vårt Key Account-team i Sverige. Som Head of Key Accounts kommer du att spela en avgörande roll i tillväxten av Too Good To Go i Sverige och vara direkt ansvarig för att leda våra fem Key Account Managers i både sälj- och utvecklingsfasen av våra partnerskap, främst inom livsmedelshandel, HoReCa och convenience.

Ansvarsområden
  • Inspirerande ledarskap för Key Account-teamet i deras mål att involvera alla stora svenska partners i vårt uppdrag att minska matsvinnet.
  • Bygga och utveckla ett produktivt, effektivt och självständigt Key Account-team.
  • Ha ett aktivt inflytande på tillväxten för hela företaget.
  • Etablera och expandera nya partnerskap med de största nationella livsmedelskedjorna.
  • Strukturera och samordna lanseringen av nya Key Accounts och hantera Key Account- tillväxtstrategin.
  • Benchmarka och analysera marknadsmiljön samt implementera nya initiativ för att expandera våra Key Accounts.
Vad vi söker
  • Omfattande erfarenhet inom Key Account Management eller Business Development.
  • Bevisad erfarenhet inom livsmedelshandel och/eller FMCG med ett brett nätverk, djupgående kunskap och förståelse för nationella kommersiella partners.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda ett försäljningsteam, helst inom ett scale-up- eller snabbväxande företag.
  • God och anpassningsbar kommunikationsförmåga, en naturlig mentor och en utmärkt storytelller med bevisad presentationskunskap.
  • Förhandlingsförmåga, erfarenhet av att utbilda anställda för att hantera komplexa förhandlingar.
  • Prognos- och affärsplanering, kan visa framgång i att samordna och projektleda effektivt under hela partnerprocessen.
  • Förmåga att arbeta nära andra avdelningar, såsom vårt marknadsteam, för att utveckla unika värdeerbjudanden.
  • Ett effektivt arbetssätt och förmåga att hantera sitt eget arbete och samtidigt vara tillgänglig för teamet.
  • God förståelse för siffror och erfarenhet av försljningsverktyg, gärna Salesforce.
