I denna roll kommer du att ha ansvaret för koncernredovisning, konsolidering och rapportering enligt IFRS. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med ekonomiteamet för att utveckla nuvarande rutiner och processer för koncernen. Du kommer att ha en viktig roll i att säkerställa att koncernen har en förstklassig finansiell rapportering.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

* Ansvara för koncernredovisning, konsolidering och rapportering enligt IFRS.
* Arbeta med att upprätta årsredovisning och delårsrapporter för koncernen.
* Delta i budgetprocessen och ge input från ett redovisningsperspektiv.
* Systemägare av konsolideringssystemet Aaro inklusive utvecklingsprojekt.
* Koordineringsansvar för skatt inklusive transferpricing och kontakt med externa revisorer.
* Utveckla internkontroll, koncernens ekonomihandbok och skapa rutiner och processer.
* Ha en trygghet i din person och kan agera stöd till dotterbolagen i olika redovisningsfrågor.

Din profil:

* Civilekonom eller motsvarande akademisk examen med erfarenhet av att arbeta med koncernredovisning.
* Erfarenhet av fastighetsbranschen är önskvärt eller gärna från ett större och/eller börsnoterat bolag.
* Goda kunskaper i något konsolideringssystem och IFRS, meriterande om du har arbetat i Aaro.
* Självständig, noggrann, analytisk och har en god samarbetsförmåga.
* Professionell, presterar på en hög nivå och har en vilja att komma framåt och utvecklas.
* God kunskap i engelska i tal och skrift.
