About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Group Property team and manage our global real estate portfolio. As the Head of Group Property and Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and policies to ensure long-term cost effectiveness and financial output.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and develop Saab's global real estate portfolio, including investments, acquisitions, and sales of property and land.
  • Oversee major infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Proactively manage internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage large partner contracts within facility management, security, food & beverage, and IT.
  • Analyze new opportunities in line with business needs and the Saab Group strategy.
  • Define and develop property policies and strategies aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Drive digitalization, operational excellence, and efficiency across the organization.

About You

We are looking for a trusted, inspiring, and results-driven leader who can coach and motivate their team to high levels of performance. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong business acumen and forward-thinking approach to Real Estate and Facility Management.

**Requirements:**

  • Broad professional experience from heading real estate, facility management, capital projects, and transactions within large international organizations.
  • Experience from managing a large investment portfolio, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience from negotiating and sourcing, especially leasing and letting.
  • Experienced Senior Leader with extensive knowledge in development and empowerment of direct reports and staff.
  • Experience in navigation and efficient work in a matrix organization.
  • Experience in stakeholder management to connect with business.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
