  • Manage and develop Saab's global real estate portfolio, including investments, acquisitions, and sales of property and land
  • Oversee major infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including facility management, security, food & beverage, and IT teams
  • Analyze new opportunities and develop strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy
  • Drive digitalization, operational excellence, and efficiency across the organization

  • Proven experience in heading real estate, facility management, capital projects, and transactions within large international organizations
  • Strong business acumen and forward-thinking approach to real estate and facility management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
