We are seeking an experienced Tech Portfolio Manager to join our team at Nordea. As a key member of our Technology PPM Partners team, you will play a crucial role in securing a robust view of the entire change and run portfolio in Technology, identifying and leading initiatives to harmonise ways of working and portfolio processes.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Function and the team to prepare and consolidate executive reporting to different governance bodies.
- Drive continuous improvements for the entire portfolio capability.
- Ensure robust and transparent portfolio reporting.
- Establish a singular view on the Technology Change and Run Portfolio through analysis and consolidation of portfolio data.
- Prepare various executive level presentations supporting efficient decision making related to change and run.
- Ensure strong collaboration across Nordea Technology and adjacent functions.
- Oversee completion of key portfolio processes across the bank.
- Act as point of contact related to general portfolio matters on behalf of Technology to adjacent functions.
- Support in running cross execution events in an efficient manner related to the execution.
- Harmonise ways of working.
- Drive standardisation and harmonisation in ways-of-working with Technology portfolio partners.
- Lead on continuous improvements related to portfolio processes.
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or equivalent management support role.
- Financial acumen to develop, monitor, and manage portfolio financials.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in portfolio management tooling incl. PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Structured and results oriented, using data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
