Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Partner to join our Northern Europe Digital & Tech Business Unit team. As a Tech Partner, you will be responsible for executing technology initiatives identified via demand management process, working closely with BU Tech and key BU/Market business stakeholders to ensure successful and on-time deployment of Tech global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Work with BU Tech and key BU/Market business stakeholders to ensure successful and on-time deployment of Tech global initiatives, adoption of tech products & delivery of benefits.
- Ensure that all project/product business analyses (value assessment) and other activities necessary to build Business Case, global funding artefacts, etc. are delivered.
- Responsible to define problem statement and involve proper Tech and non-Tech stakeholders, specialists and Business Consultants necessary to deliver Business Case.
- Follow global tech portfolio and standard to define problem statement and involve proper Tech and non-Tech stakeholders, external partners to deliver Business Case, control budget and ensure successful project delivery.
- Deconstruct complex processes into manageable simplified representations that facilitate strategic discussion and decision making.
- Ensure operational support services are delivered for both global & local application portfolio and manage relation with global tech product teams and external partners.
- Minimum 2-years work experience in area of Technology, business analyst, project or product management.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of Tech systems & Business processes such as SAP, Net Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, data framework and how they apply, or could be applied.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Project Management / Agile methodologies & DIGITAL technologies.
- Familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software and services in use for delivering information services.
This role will be part of Northern Europe Digital & Tech Business Unit team primarily working on executing technology initiatives identified via demand management process. The initiatives can be pertaining to commercial applications (global & local), ERP, data and analytics, marketing effectiveness, digital, etc.
This role will also support operational effectiveness within the market by acting as an escalation point for any operational issues and collaborating it with Service Assurance team. In this position, you will also support portfolio management activities.
