Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
  1. Fastighetsförvaltning och utveckling: Skapa och upprätthålla starka relationer med fastighetsägare och samarbetspartners för att säkerställa en effektiv fastighetsförvaltning i linje med våra långsiktiga mål.
  2. Ledarskap och samarbete: Leda förhandlingar och upphandlingar för att säkerställa förmånliga och kostnadseffektiva avtal. Utforma och implementera hållbara underhållsplaner med fokus på miljö och ekonomi.
  3. Projektledning och kravställning: Agera kravställare gentemot underleverantörer vid större byggprojekt. Driva projekt inom energioptimering och hållbarhet, där målet är att leda branschen.
  4. Samverkan och rapportering: Samverka nära med flera avdelningar inom företaget, med rapportering direkt till vår Operations Director Nordics samt vår europeiska fastighetschef i Storbritannien.

Vad krävs för att bli Head of Estate Nordics?

Vi söker dig som har en stark bakgrund inom fastighetsförvaltning och projektledning av större fastigheter. Du har erfarenhet från exempelvis köpcentrum, hotell, nöjesparker, flygplatser, järnvägsstationer, konferens- och mässanläggningar eller kultur- och evenemangslokaler. Du är socialt kompetent och har förmågan att bygga långsiktiga relationer, med en passion för kvalitet, innovation och hållbarhet.
