Arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ansvara för att upprätta och förvalta gruppen finansieringsplan.
  • Utveckla och driva strategi och analys avseende gruppen kapitalmarknadsfinansiering.
  • Genomföra upplåningstransaktioner på den svenska kapitalmarknaden med tillhörande återrapportering.
  • Ansvara för att driva och utveckla gruppen- och investerarrelationer.
  • Upprätthålla och utveckla investerarmaterial.
  • Vid behov medverka i och representera gruppen i interna eller externa forum.
  • Ta aktiv del i det löpande arbetet inom gruppen såsom hantering av likviditet och finansiell risk.
  • Delta i och driva större och mindre förändringsarbeten för att utveckla gruppen verksamhet.

Krav:

  • Civilekonom/civilingenjör eller motsvarande akademisk utbildning.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom finansiering och kapitalmarknader, gärna från Treasury inom banksektorn eller annan reglerad verksamhet.
  • Starka analytiska och strategiska färdigheter.
  • Goda kommunikations- och förhandlingsfärdigheter.
  • Förmåga att bygga och upprätthålla starka relationer med interna och externa intressenter.

Personliga egenskaper:

  • Kommunikativ.
  • Proaktiv och resultatdriven med en stark ansvarskänsla.
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och fatta beslut under press.
  • Teamorienterad med god samarbetsförmåga.
  • Flexibel och anpassningsbar i en föränderlig miljö.
  • Intresse för hjälpmedel såsom Excel och Power BI.
