About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team as Head of Sales - Key Accounts. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Too Good To Go in Sweden by strategically leading initiatives and driving the success of the Key Accounts function.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers in acquiring and developing partnerships with major Swedish food retailers, HoReCa, and Convenience stores.
  • Develop and implement a key account strategy to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop unique value propositions and drive business results.
  • Manage sales, budget, and operating results for the Key Account domain.
  • Benchmark and analyze the market environment to identify opportunities for growth and implement new initiatives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Key Account Management or Business Development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading a sales team, ideally within a scale-up or fast-growth business.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
