This is a unique opportunity to join Uber as the Head of Sales, Eats, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving restaurant selection and managing a team of Sales Representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support your team to achieve strong sales results and excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Hire, coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals.
- Provide comprehensive leadership and managerial support, building a culture that upholds Uber values.
- Regularly monitor progress and analyze sales data and key metrics to assess performance against goals.
- Communicate the findings to Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify areas that require improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations by streamlining workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead our Sales Representatives with both short and long-term market goals in mind.
- Ensure alignment with the broader Sweden Delivery strategy.
- Ensure the right people and team's internal processes are in place to deliver on our strategy.
- Proactively identify both risks and opportunities for improvement, and initiate action to address them, justified with relevant data.
- Foster focused and productive communication and collaboration with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience in B2B Sales
- Strong experience in sales and big team management.
- A track record of developing people and teams.
- Ability to understand sales numbers and other Uber business metrics.
- Ability to spot chances based on data and identify areas of improvement for sales representatives.
- Ability to lead by example and with high energy.
- Ability to see the strategic big picture as well as understand and help sales teams in their day-to-day efforts.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
