  • Hire, coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Provide comprehensive leadership and managerial support, building a culture that upholds Uber values.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Regularly monitor progress and analyze sales data and key metrics to assess performance against goals.
  • Communicate the findings to Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams.
Process Improvement and Optimization
  • Proactively identify areas that require improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations by streamlining workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Market Strategy and Alignment
  • Lead our Sales Representatives with both short and long-term market goals in mind.
  • Ensure alignment with the broader Sweden Delivery strategy.
Risk Management and Opportunity Identification
  • Ensure the right people and team's internal processes are in place to deliver on our strategy.
  • Proactively identify both risks and opportunities for improvement, and initiate action to address them, justified with relevant data.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Foster focused and productive communication and collaboration with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven Experience in B2B Sales
  • Strong experience in sales and big team management.
  • A track record of developing people and teams.
Analytical and Strategic Skills
  • Ability to understand sales numbers and other Uber business metrics.
  • Ability to spot chances based on data and identify areas of improvement for sales representatives.
Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Ability to lead by example and with high energy.
  • Ability to see the strategic big picture as well as understand and help sales teams in their day-to-day efforts.
Language Skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
