Head of Sales Nordics

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to head our Nordic sales team. As Head of Sales Nordics, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 6-10 sales executives in the Nordic region, focusing on new logo acquisition and sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed targets and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the professional development and performance of each team member, including regular reviews and performance-based action plans.
- Manage the conversion of all inbound and indirect channel leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales Enablement, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Team to actively recruit new team members and build a high-performing sales team.
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience, specifically managing a team of Account Executives targeting new logo acquisition.
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, including value selling and BANT.
- Must have B2B software sales experience, preferably within SaaS.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive sales growth.
- Fluency in Swedish and English; Danish or Norwegian would be a plus.
