About the Role

Einride is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transport Hardware team as the Head of Transport Hardware. This key position will be responsible for managing a team of specialists, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our product line of new and used trailers, as well as other products within the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage a team of specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless integration with broader business functions.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to identify potential suppliers and develop relationships with vendors.
  • Work closely with the Solution Development and Sales teams to translate customer transportation needs into actionable orders.
  • Identify and profile target accounts, executing plans to develop them into customers or partners.
  • Review the Einride sales pipeline to forecast standard product needs for suppliers and research customer buying habits.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in selling or buying heavy duty transportation equipment.
  • Extensive knowledge of tractor-trailer and body solutions for rigids.
  • Strong sales configuration skills.
  • Knowledge of European road regulations in regards to heavy duty transport.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
