Vår uppdragsgivare startar nu ett huvudkontor med bland annat en koncernekonomifunktion där rekryteringen av en Head of Group Accounting blir en nyckelroll.

Primära Ansvarsområden
  • Ansvar för att upprätta koncernredovisning och konsolidering
  • Utvärdera nuvarande systemstöd samt komma med förbättringsåtgärder
  • Ansvara för att upprätthålla en hög redovisningsstandard i linje med aktuella regelverk
  • Ansvar för bokslut och årsredovisning för koncernen
  • Samordning av revision och ansvarig kontakt mot revisor
  • Ansvar för legal redovisning och löpande bokföring i moderbolaget
  • Kontakt med dotterbolag och stötta dem i redovisningsfrågor
  • Ta emot inrapportering från dotterbolags bokslut och kvalitetssäkring av dessa
  • Ansvara för moms- och skattefrågor
  • Förvärsanalyser (PPA)
  • Ansvar för processförbättringar avseende styrning, intern kontroll, redovisning och rapportering
  • Delta i budget- och prognosarbetet
Profilbeskrivning

Vi söker dig som har en universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi och minst sju års relevant erfarenhet. Du har goda kunskaper inom koncernredovisning och trivs i en roll som både är operativ och sammankallande.

Vi tror att du har en bakgrund från medelstora bolag i tillväxt och om du har erfarenhet från förvärvande bolag, decentraliserade organisationer och/eller från att arbeta i PE-ägda bolag anses det meriterande. Du är trygg i K3-regelverket och har du erfarenhet av IFRS anses det meriterande.

Vidare har du goda kunskaper i Excel och gärna erfarenhet från något konsolideringssystem. Du är flytande i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Som person är du kommunikativ, strukturerad och proaktiv. Du har en stark ansvarskänsla, är lösningsorienterad och skicklig på att prioritera både på lång och kort sikt.
