About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our Public 360° Software Product Group. As the Head of this group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong product vision, ensuring business alignment with our overall product strategy, and driving the transformation towards a SaaS business model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Public 360° Software Unit, aligning it with Tietoevry's overall objectives and industry strategy.
    • Provide visionary leadership, setting clear goals and priorities for the unit.
    • Drive the transformation of the unit towards a SaaS-based business model.
  • Product Development and Management:
    • Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Public 360° software suite.
    • Drive innovation and ensure that solutions meet national archiving and case management standards in the Nordics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmap and prioritize feature development.
  • Go-to-market:
    • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Consultancy functions to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring market penetration and customer acquisition.
    • Engage with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and align solutions accordingly.
    • Support revenue growth through successful product positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Team Management and Development:
    • Lead and inspire a diverse team in functions including Products & Strategy, Technology & Development, Consulting, and Sales & Marketing.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
    • Support career development and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Strong international experience in software product development.
  • International leadership skills in different cultures.
  • Higher education within Information Technology or a related field.
  • Extensive leadership experience within the software industry, preferably in a product-centric unit.
  • Understanding of case and document management systems, process automation, and compliance in the Nordic and DACH region in Europe.
  • Experience in driving business transformation towards a SaaS business model.
  • Knowledge of technology trends such as AI to enhance customers' business and internal processes.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in driving product innovation and revenue growth.
