Group FP&A and Treasury Leader

Instabee is a leading e-commerce enabler in Europe, founded in 2022 through the combination of two delivery companies, Budbee and Instabox. We serve millions of consumers across the continent, providing convenient deliveries and aiming to become the leading e-commerce enabler in Europe.
We're a fast-paced company, growing rapidly and expanding our business. As we continue to grow, the complexity of our operations increases. To address this complexity, we're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as the Group FP&A and Treasury Manager.
About the RoleWe're looking for a candidate with a strategy consulting background and approximately 2 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm or a related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and developing treasury functions, as well as group FP&A functions. The role will involve working closely with our Head of Group FP&A and Treasury to build our treasury function from the ground up and continue to develop our group FP&A function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. The role will provide considerable exposure to the organization, including direct interactions with senior management.
Your Responsibilities- Building and developing treasury and group FP&A functions.
- Optimizing net working capital and leading projects aimed at improving the company's cash position.
- Forecasting cash flow and overseeing the planning and execution of capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial capacity.
- Handling annual planning and coordination of reporting, business planning, forecasting, and consolidating and quality-assuring financial reports and budgets/forecasts.
- Managing the FP&A collaboration forum and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with business controllers to develop and implement FP&A best practices, including standardized definitions, tools, and process improvements.
- Leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities and streamline reporting.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in strategy consulting and business control or a related field.
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced industry and/or tech company is highly advantageous.
