Founded in 2022 through the combination of Budbee and Instabox, Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help shape our Treasury and Group FPA functions.
About the Role
We're seeking a candidate with a strategy consulting background, ideally with approximately 2 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm and potentially Business Control (or a related field) within a fast-paced industry or tech company. As the Group FPA and Treasury Manager, you'll work closely with our Head of Group FPA and Treasury to build our Treasury function from the ground up and continue building and developing our Group FPA function.
Your Key Responsibilities
As the Group FPA and Treasury Manager, you'll be a pivotal member of our Finance department, working specifically on building our Treasury and Group FPA functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing net working capital and leading projects to improve our company's cash position.
- Forecasting cash flow.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial capacity.
- Handling annual planning and coordination of reporting, business planning, forecasting, and consolidating financial reports and budgets/forecasts.
- Managing the FPA collaboration forum and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with Business Controllers to develop and implement FPA best practices, including standardized definitions, tools, and process improvements.
- Leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities and streamline reporting.
