About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A and Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for building and developing our Treasury and Group FP&A functions. Your primary focus will be on optimizing net working capital, forecasting cash flow, and overseeing the planning and execution of capital expenditures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash position and working capital
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing financial planning and analysis capabilities
- Collaborate with Business Controllers to develop and implement FP&A best practices
- Manage the FPA collaboration forum and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities and streamline reporting
We are looking for a candidate with approximately 2 years of experience in strategy consulting and business control, ideally with a background in a fast-paced industry or tech company. You should possess exceptional motivation and drive, outstanding analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required.
