About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client-facing efforts as a Senior Client Services Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, leading a team of Account Managers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Lead a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship-building and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
