About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Practice Engagement Director to lead our Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing winning strategies to engage clients in a consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives, including deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, revenue transfer, and commercial agreements.
  • Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to clients and stakeholders on Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in IT services, business development, and sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and developing winning strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services, including datacenter consolidation, hybrid cloud transformation, public cloud migration, modern workplace transformation, software-defined networks, cyber threat analytics, and next-generation SRE operations.
  • Experience in transition, transformation program management, and organization change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of technology partner ecosystems and experience in nurturing and leading vendor alliances and joint solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of contracting, legal, and MSA processes, as well as financial concepts to ensure adherence to standards and optimal deal structuring.
  • Deep understanding of internal Infosys organization and support structure to ensure relevant approvals and compliance procedures.
  • Proven strength in relationship-building at senior executive/CxO level, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with virtual, geographically dispersed, and multi-cultural teams.
