About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Management Director to join our team at o9 Solutions Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Satisfaction and Value Delivery: Take ownership of client satisfaction and value delivery across multiple customer accounts, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships at executive and operational levels, fostering trust and credibility with our clients.
  • Project Management: Manage complex technology deployment programs in an agile fashion, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
  • Value Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough value impact analysis of processes, programs, and technology deployments to identify areas for improvement and optimize client outcomes.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide guidance, mentoring, feedback, and coaching to project teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints and drive business results.
  • Financial Management: Accountable for profit, margin, and pricing for consulting services, and oversee invoicing and credit terms for managed clients.
  • Business Planning: Provide financial and business planning monthly revenue forecast for clients and portfolios, and support client retention and subscription renewal.
  • Sales Support: Support new sales cycles by presenting delivery methodology, principles, implementation approach, and effort to prospects, and create SOWs for new programs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of business consulting experience, with expertise in the planning and digital transformation space.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the respective industry, such as Retail, Consumer product, Automotive, Semiconductor, etc.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in operations research, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and proficiency in value impact analysis.
