Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals from existing clients.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to senior executives, showcasing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving growth targets and meeting set goals for territory development and sales performance.
  • Pursue new business leads through targeted phone calls and in-person meetings.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with emphasis on ambition over formal education.
  • Proven experience in direct sales and sales leadership, boasting a strong track record of success (ambition over experience).
  • Strong B2B agreement and contractor skills; or willingness to acquire these skills.
