Job Title: Sales Manager for Data Platforms

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Data Platforms sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base in the data platform market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for data platform solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored data platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in data platforms or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of data platform solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
