Business Growth and People Enablement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Capability Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our Nordic capability team, you will be responsible for leading the SAP Finance to Manage team and driving business growth through effective talent development and utilization.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow and develop our SAP consultants within the Finance and Controlling domain.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of senior and junior SAP finance consultants to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure SAP solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing systems and business processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with experience in building and developing businesses.
- Proven experience in SAP Finance and in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
