We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team within SEB Life & Pension. You will play a key role in driving our implementation of a new insurance administrating core system, ensuring that we have an aligned customer output process.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include managing XML output, analyzing XML output regarding business usage and customer output, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with product specialists, projects, and IT developers to ensure effective customer output.
- Document and oversee release changes that affect output flow to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support migration adjustments and ensure effective customer output.
We are seeking someone with a proven track record as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial sector, strong knowledge of XML and insurance-related processes, and experience with release management, system migrations, and stakeholder collaboration.
A technical and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills (English) is required. Experience working with Lumera as a core insurance administration system is highly relevant.
