  • To work closely with the succession planning team to identify and develop future leaders and executives.
  • To oversee the development and implementation of Ericsson's coaching approach, ensuring it aligns with the overall leadership development strategy.
  • To engage with stakeholders, including the Executive team and People Leaders, to ensure that Executive and Leadership Development is responsive to current and future business needs.
