We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales engagements with senior client executives.

In this role, you will lead complex sales negotiations from qualification to closure, selling solutions to meet clients' IT and business requirements. You will also be responsible for managing large and complex deals from qualification to wins, analyzing opportunity and defining a winning sales strategy that fits to client requirements.

You will have a proven track record in the successful conclusion of big value-based or large and transformative deals, with a consistent track record in sales of won cases. You will also have business understanding and experience from one or more of the industries Manufacturing, Retail/Consumer or Telecom.

The ideal candidate will have excellent team leadership qualities, strong commercial awareness, creative thinking, and solution management skills. They will also be an experienced complex deals negotiator, able to operate within formal and informal procurement processes.
