We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our CRM and Marketing Automation strategies across all our brands and markets. If you have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive CRM and marketing automation strategies, with 5+ years of experience in the field, we want to hear from you.
Your primary responsibility will be to craft, implement, and refine advanced retention strategies that balance innovative customer engagement tactics with robust data analysis and segmentation. You'll oversee the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools and processes, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and maximization of system capabilities.
You'll also lead and mentor a team of CRM and Marketing Automation professionals, define, monitor, and analyze critical metrics and KPIs, and challenge and improve overall customer experience to boost retention rates and improve cross-sell activities.
