Auctionet is a marketplace where auction houses from Sweden, the UK, Finland, Spain, Germany, and Denmark sell furniture, art, design items, collectibles, and more. We are now looking for a Director of Customer & Partner Success to lead our Customer Support Team and Partner Success Team—ensuring outstanding service for our customers and driving growth for our auction house partners.
About the work
As Customer & Partner Success Leader, you will lead two teams:
- Customer Support Team (12 people) – Handling customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service, and continuously improving the customer experience. To ensure we offer world-class customer service Some of us work part-time while others are full-time employees in our Customer Support Team.
- Partner Success Team (5 people) – Strategically supporting and developing our auction house partners, enabling their growth through data-driven insights, KPIs, and strategic guidance together with our Head of Partner Success. We have around 80 auction houses today that are split within the team, a team that was just formed in January 2025.
Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported while helping our partners grow their business with Auctionet. Your work will directly impact the success of Auctionet, making it easier for auction houses to thrive and for customers to enjoy a seamless auction experience. All while empowering a world-class team that will enable us to be the best customer service in the industry.
Examples of What You'll Work On:
- Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing efficient processes for handling inquiries and issues.
- Lead and inspire a team of 17 to be their best at work.
- Optimize partner support by providing insights, tools, and guidance that help auction houses grow their business.
- Develop KPIs and tracking methods to measure success and improve performance.
- Improve workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product & Tech, Transport, Finance, Marketing and other departments to develop new tools that improve customer and partner interactions.
- Work with LEAN and ensure a seamless journey for our customers and partners.

About you
We believe you are an experienced leader with a passion for customer experience, operational efficiency, and partner success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working both strategically and hands-on, with a passion for building great teams.
You'll be based in Stockholm, since both teams rely on close collaboration with other departments, we believe being present at the office regularly will enhance communication and efficiency, and enable more moments of magic.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success, partner success, or customer support leadership.
- Strong ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Confident in Fresh Desk or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent English.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS industries is a plus.

We currently have approximately 170 employees and our headquarters is located near Stureplan in central Stockholm. Our logistics centers are located in Malmö, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Westbury and Cologne.
