We are seeking a highly organized and customer-driven Junior Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of language programs at some of Sweden's largest companies.
Key Responsibilities- Implement learning programs, building client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Work with existing and potential clients to define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs and report to clients on the success of learning programs to drive results, identify actions for continuous improvement, achieve renewals, and assist in growing the accounts.
- Be responsible for the administration to launch clients' employees onto our learning platform.
- Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions.
- Provide project management skills to sales teams during tenders.
- Collaborate with colleagues around the world to improve our processes and programs.
