About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-driven Junior Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of language programs at some of Sweden's largest companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement learning programs, building client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Work with existing and potential clients to define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliverables.
  • Monitor KPIs and report to clients on the success of learning programs to drive results, identify actions for continuous improvement, achieve renewals, and assist in growing the accounts.
  • Be responsible for the administration to launch clients' employees onto our learning platform.
  • Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions.
  • Provide project management skills to sales teams during tenders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues around the world to improve our processes and programs.

  • University graduate
  • Exceptional communication and ability to build credible relationships
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to keep on top of deadlines
  • Client service mindset, passionate about client success and satisfaction
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and manage multiple internal and external requests
