B2B Business Development Executive

Job DescriptionAs a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales strategies and plans.
Requirements and Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Effective sales process management skills
- Proficiency in CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, and PipeDrive
- Strong communication skills in Swedish or Finnish and English
- Conducting prospecting calls as part of regular sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Fixed salary structure and performance-based commission scheme
- Flexible work arrangement with 'freedom under responsibility'
