About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to join our team at GeGa IT Solutions. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage escalated requests and provide in-person and remote support on hardware and software issues.
  • Develop and improve our support channels to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive alignment and improvements in the IT Support area.
  • Continuously develop and improve our support documentation and guides.
  • Participate in initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations/Support environment.
  • Proven experience in supporting macOS and Windows-based systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive others to do the same.
  • Dependable, with a sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
