IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Digital Workplace team at Sobi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-user support for our Conference system and administering the conference system back-end.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate incoming incidents and catalog tasks for Digital Workplace, ensuring no incidents get left behind
- Add information to the Modern Workplace Learning site and ServiceNow Knowledgebase as part of the Digital Workplace team
- Collaborate with Global ServiceDesk around Digital Workplace issues and ensure a high service level to our end users
- Notice trends and report reoccurring problems
- Be part of the Digital Workplace Team, developing the workplace of the future at Sobi
- Stay up to date with end-user related changes in Microsoft 365
- Proactively monitor service health related issues in Microsoft 365 Admin Portal
- Experience in working with the Microsoft 365 platform, focusing on collaboration and Office apps, from both an end user and support perspective.
- Experience in leading training sessions for end-users and peers
- Experienced within remote support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of the ITIL framework is desired.
- Prior knowledge of working in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Customer-oriented with a drive to find the optimal solutions for stakeholders and users
- Analytical, structured, and self-motivated with ability to work on multiple tasks
- A strong team player, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with people of different cultural, seniority and functional backgrounds.
