- Ensure Controlling Balance: Take responsibility for controlling and secure the balance between top-down vs. bottom-up perspective.
- Education: A degree in business, engineering, or equivalent area.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience within business controlling or merchandising.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience from Southern Hemisphere is meritorious.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of strong performance within assortment controlling and assortment strategy.
- Leadership Ability: Leadership ability (formal or informal) and a strategic mindset.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
- Salesmanship: Salesmanship and understanding of what the customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
