Requirements
  • Education: A degree in business, engineering, or equivalent area.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience within business controlling or merchandising.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience from Southern Hemisphere is meritorious.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of strong performance within assortment controlling and assortment strategy.
  • Leadership Ability: Leadership ability (formal or informal) and a strategic mindset.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
  • Salesmanship: Salesmanship and understanding of what the customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
