Key Responsibilities

You will operate on-site at the Nasdaq office. Collaborating with the facilities team in Stockholm, your mission is to deliver a workplace experience that is operationally sound, healthy, safe, and productive.

Daily facility operations encompass overseeing functions and services while coordinating maintenance provided by the landlord (HVAC, lighting, and regulatory compliance). Your responsibilities include creating and managing vendor contracts for services such as cleaning, coffee, and waste management. You will also engage in space management, accommodating a hybrid workspace, and aligning with corporate real estate strategies focused on energy efficiency and sustainability.

The facilities team collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Our internal helpdesk manages post and mail services for employees, supervises conference and meeting rooms, maintains printers, and ensures office supplies are stocked. We oversee switchboard services, reception, and physical security.

Qualifications

As an individual, you are self-driven and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple assignments while addressing ad-hoc requests. We trust that you are familiar with the unpredictable nature of facilities tasks and possess the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Additionally, you should have:

  • A degree in Business/Finance, Facility Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Facility Management
  • An analytical mindset for solving business challenges through systematic and iterative practices
  • The ability to engage, collaborate, and communicate effectively with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
