About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Sweden, for a maternity cover position lasting at least 9 months, with potential extension. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth across various business-to-business segments including hospitality, food service, healthcare, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  2. Manage local marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  3. Oversee local product offerings and content production, independently or through agencies.
  4. Coordinate go-to-market planning, product information updates, local trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
  5. Oversee search engine advertising (SEA) and localize regional content.
  6. Support sales teams with necessary marketing assets.
  7. Collaborate with global and regional teams to align product strategy and initiatives.
  8. Manage internal and external communications related to product range and strategy.
  9. Develop and deliver product presentations in Swedish.
  10. Coordinate marketing campaigns and materials locally.
  11. Administer and maintain the local website and webshop, ensuring digital content accuracy and relevance.
  12. Implement new content based on global marketing inputs and adapt locally as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  2. 4-5 years of marketing experience.
  3. Coordinating local needs with regional strategies.
  4. Fluency in English and Swedish.
  5. Proven experience with Google Ads or similar.
  6. Experience in a matrix organization and project management.
  7. Familiarity with SAP and product management is beneficial.
