Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience within marketing working with a global brand.
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness with excellent results.
  • Skills and experience in maintaining and evolving a brand's identity and plan.
  • Experience from working with communications and public relations, having managed media relations, press campaigns, and releases.
  • Great knowledge about different Social Media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Some proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Sketch.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team with high engagement, setting strategic direction, and aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong organizational and time management and prioritization skills to ensure successful outcomes and a track record of delivering results on marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and analyze data to measure the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messaging, engage diverse audiences, and convey the brand's story effectively.
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced and changing environments and handle pressure.
  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Swedish.
