Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Perrigo. As a key member of our in-house creative team, you will be responsible for driving our influencer marketing and PR activities across Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and external partners/agencies within the influencer community.
- Manage budgets and optimize influencer marketing activations to ensure maximum ROI.
- Plan, create, execute, and measure influencer marketing campaigns to ensure set KPIs are met.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or PR, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Fluent in Swedish and strong proficiency in English.
- Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape in the Nordics and insights into the respective markets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in parallel.
- A passion for digital marketing and ability to inspire and influence others.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity to try new things.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for delivering against performance metrics such as market share, penetration, and sales.
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the growth of the company.
