As a Product Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for the life cycle management of Eaton's Low Voltage products and assist the sales organization in executing channel marketing activities targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the supported product portfolio through the entire life cycle, ensuring successful sales to defined target markets in the supported countries.
  • Conduct market gap and product fit analysis, competitive analysis, and price positioning of supported product ranges versus competitors.
  • Ensure product margins and profitability, supporting specific price requirements.
  • Develop and execute an action plan in cooperation with the local sales team to grow product sales, targeting specific customers, markets, channels, and value propositions.
  • Provide intimate Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insight to Business Units to support new product development.
  • Validate and create content in cooperation with the Marketing team, including web content, marketing collateral, videos, and social media.
  • Prepare for and participate in customer and channel events, including keynote speeches, presentations, and technical product support.
  • Sales and partner enablement: validate, create, and deliver technical trainings to sales teams, partners, and customers.
  • Support specific projects or negotiations together with the sales team to improve win-rate.
  • Maintain technical expertise in supported products and regularly communicate with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Good understanding of electrical products and technologies.
  • Understanding of business basics, including revenue projections, business metrics, and financial planning, as well as pricing.
  • Marketing skills, including demand generation, digital marketing, and project management.
  • Presentation skills, with the ability to be persuasive in front of customers, partners, industry influencers, competitors, policymakers.
  • Fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.
  • Translation of technical features into commercial messaging.
  • Experience in a comparable marketing/product management role.
  • Relevant industry/sector experience in the Gulf Region is a must.
