Position Overview
The Trade Marketing Manager for Europe will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing retail sales and elevating brand visibility across various retail channels. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing initiatives with overarching business goals to ensure the CCM brand excels in the competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement retail marketing strategies tailored for European markets.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, retailers, and distributors to deliver exceptional marketing support, including promotional materials and staff training.
- Provide timely updates on product imagery and descriptions to key accounts.
- Assist in organizing and planning European sales and marketing events.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards for all retail marketing materials.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing for in-store promotional materials.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing retailer support for CCM products.
- Manage product cataloging for the European market.
- Support the Brand Activator team with essential marketing resources.
- Work collaboratively to enhance product education in the field.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and distributors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, digital commerce, or sales.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Email, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the sporting goods industry is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required; knowledge of German and Finnish is a plus.
