About the Role:
As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you'll lead our cross-functional Repeat Business team. Your primary objective will be to drive customer loyalty and sales growth through exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.
You'll work closely with departments such as E-commerce, Product, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence to ensure initiatives are data-driven and effective. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our ways of working and identify tactics to achieve targets.
The successful candidate will report directly to Gabriel Staffansson, Director of the Sales Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Repeat Business team across functions
- Owning sales KPIs in alignment with established targets
- Developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for driving Repeat Business
- Leading and mentoring a team, expanding it as needed to support growth
- Ensuring measurable progress of initiatives
- Reporting results and learnings to the wider organization
