Job Responsibilities:

As a Payment Cross Sell Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and product adoption with our existing customers in the payments space. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities and aligning high-value customer needs with our portfolio of products.

You will engage with Planet customers to understand their requirements and leverage your consultative skills to become a trusted advisor, guiding them through the sales journey. In this role, you will execute effective campaign strategies across a customer portfolio, owning the full-cycle sales engagement plan for cross-selling products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective campaign strategies to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
  2. Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with Account Managers to understand customer needs and build trusted relationships.
  3. Present compelling proposals, define pricing models, negotiate, and sign cross-sell deals.
  4. Owning the full sales cycle from contract to revenue realization with customers, ensuring all signed opportunities go live and ramp according to plan.
  5. Collaborate internally, working closely with teams such as technology, product, operations, and other sales teams to create clear process flows and boost customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

You are a collaborative and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship-building. Experience selling payments and delivering cross-sell campaigns within the Retail or Hospitality vertical is essential. You must be comfortable driving revenue growth and product adoption to exceed program revenue and pipeline targets.

You possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Executive presence is required, as you will work with and present to senior leaders and investors.
