Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance Mölnlycke Health Care's marketing automation processes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Shape digital marketing strategies and contribute to innovative customer experiences.
  • Customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to meet business needs and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, and provide training to ensure effective use of Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee the import and synchronization of customer data across platforms, ensuring proper handling of preferences and consent.
  • Design and implement automated marketing campaigns using customer data for personalization and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and real-time updates.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, focusing on preference centers and compliant data handling practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and optimize platform efficiency.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements, MarTech innovations, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement.
