Grow Customer Value and Satisfaction

Tietoevry Banking is looking for a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to lead customer success initiatives in our Leasing unit.

In this role, you will play a critical part in growing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for existing customers, handling agreement management, renewals, and contract negotiations.
  • You will collaborate with customers to maximize the value of our solution and maintain long-term loyalty.
  • You will analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our offerings.
  • You will facilitate regular meetings with customers and address their ongoing concerns.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in the leasing industry or related field.
  • Superb customer service skills and ability to boost customer account value.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work collaboratively, take charge, and demonstrate accountability.
